Guys, I'm confused between Hark Sai Homes 5 and Gayatri Developwell Tatva Villas in Noida. Location wise, which one is better connected to the metro? Kya kisi ko pata hai about the connectivity from both locations? Also, what about the amenities? Hark Sai Homes 5 is ready to move, but Tatva Villas mein kya kya facilities milengi? Which one offers better value for money in terms of amenities and price? Mujhe investment ke liye dekhna hai. What do you think about the ROI for both projects? Any suggestions? Which one would you recommend for long term investment in Noida? I'm looking for feedback. Please help!

Yaar, Hark Sai Homes 5 suna hai ready to move hai, which is a big plus for first-time buyers like us. But prices seem a bit high for a 20-unit project, no? Tatva Villas ka idea nahi hai, but if it's a villa, it must be even more expensive. Metro connectivity is key for me, I work near Botanical Garden.
