Just moved to Harola, guys. Power cuts are frequent, yaar! Kisi aur ko bhi same issue face ho raha hai? Also, what about the water supply? I'm hearing mixed reviews. Is investment potential achha hai yahan? What do you think? Mujhe advice chahiye, please!

Harola is a good option for those looking for affordable housing near Noida. But be prepared for some challenges.
Overall, Harola is a decent place to live. It's not perfect, but it's improving.
So, what did you decide? Are you staying put in Harola or looking for other options?
New metro line ban raha hai na? That will definitely boost the investment potential.
Harola mein rehena is okay. But if you can afford it, look at sectors closer to Noida Expressway. Better connectivity and amenities.
Power cuts? Ugh, that's the worst. I faced the same issue in Sector 75.
Check the builder's track record before investing, very important. Some builders are notorious for delays and poor construction quality.
Thanks for the feedback, guys! It's a 2BHK near the main market. Builder ka naam XYZ hai. Any experience with them?
XYZ builder? Bhai, this builder ka track record bahut poor hai. Delayed projects and quality issues. Be careful!
Don't expect overnight returns. It's a developing area. Infrastructure is still catching up. But connectivity is good, that's a plus.
Water supply is dependent on your society. Some societies have better management than others. Check their maintenance charges and backup plans before investing.
Harola is a mixed bag. Some areas are very congested, others are relatively peaceful. Drive around and see for yourself before making a decision.
Investment potential will increase once the Jewar airport becomes operational. That's the general consensus.
Yaar, I'm also thinking of investing in Harola. What's the general rental yield like? Any idea?
Around 2-3% max. Don't expect anything higher.
Which block in Harola are you in? Some blocks have better power backup than others.
Power cuts are definitely an issue, especially in the summers. Water supply is generally okay, but sometimes there are disruptions. Investment potential is good long-term, with the metro extension coming up.
I bought a property in Harola 3 years ago. Initially, it was a nightmare with the power cuts. Now it's much better. Water supply is consistent. Price appreciation bhi hua hai, thankfully!
Bhai, Harola is good for living if you are looking for budget-friendly options. Investment wise it will grow but slowly.
Harola mein rehna kaisa hai? Bhai, power cuts toh Noida ka standard feature hai! Welcome to the club. Investment potential... hmm, depends on which pocket. Batao exactly kahan hai tumhara?
Haan exactly, Noida mein yahi problem hai. Inverter lagao, bhai. Peaceful life chahiye toh.
Power cuts? Seriously? I thought that was just a thing of the past. Water supply ka scene batao koi, I'm planning to move there next month.
Bro, investment wise, Harola is decent. But don't expect sector 150 returns. It's more for end-use, I feel. Rental income bhi theek-thaak hai.
Sector 150 ka avg rate 7k/sqft hai abhi. Harola mein toh 4-5k milega. Difference is huge!
