Guys, I'm thinking of buying a flat in Harola. Honestly, the prices seem too good to be true. Is there a catch? Waterlogging ka scene kya hai during monsoon? And what about safety at night? I'm a bit worried. Any thoughts? Should I reconsider?

Totally agree yaar. Harola is a bit risky. Better to spend a little more and get peace of mind.
Did you check the local crime statistics? That might give you some insight into the safety situation.
Honestly, with the rising property rates everywhere, even Harola might seem like a good deal in the future. But abhi ke liye, be cautious.
What floor are you looking at? Corner unit? That can affect the price too.
So, after all this, I'm leaning towards not buying in Harola. Too many red flags. Thanks again everyone for the honest opinions!
I would reconsider. There are better options available in Noida, even if they are slightly more expensive. Think long term.
Thanks for the feedback, everyone. Sounds like I need to do a lot more research.
Check the reviews online. Look for things like 'Harola Noida residents reviews'. That might give you a better idea.
Also, consider the resale value. Harola might not appreciate as much as other sectors.
New metro line is coming up near Pari Chowk. Maybe look at properties around there? Might be a better investment.
Waterlogging is a major issue in many parts of Noida during monsoon. Harola is no exception. Dekh lena bhai.
Price range kya hai per sq ft? Sector 150 ka avg rate 7k/sqft hai abhi. Compare kar lo.
Possession mila kya kisi ko Harola mein?
Not that I know of. Most projects are delayed.
Be careful with the smaller builders in that area. They often cut corners.
Bhai, builder ka track record kya hai? RERA registration check kiya? Don't just go by the price.
RERA number is UPxxxxx (made up). I checked it. Registered toh hai, but completion date keeps getting pushed back.
Exactly! RERA registration doesn't guarantee anything. Just means they're legally obligated to complete it eventually... maybe.
I bought a flat in Sector 75 three years ago. Similar situation - low price. Now I regret it. Amenities are still incomplete.
Harola is close to Sector 18 though, right? That's a big plus.
True, but the traffic to get there is a nightmare, especially during peak hours.
Harola? Prices too good to be true matlab definitely kuch toh gadbad hai. Waterlogging toh pakka hoga. Check last year ke monsoon ke videos.
Haan bhai, Noida mein yahi problem hai. Cheap rates = compromise on something. Either location, amenities, or builder reputation.
Exactly! 'Too good to be true' is always a red flag. Harola is a bit interior too, connectivity ka issue rehta hai.
Which project are you talking about? Builder name batao, then we can give you more specific advice.
Safety ka issue toh hai Harola mein at night, especially around the more secluded areas. Better to stick to main roads after dark.
