Harola Village, Noida - Safe for families?

I'm thinking of upgrading to a bigger place, maybe near Harola. Has anyone experienced the area at night? Is it safe for families with kids? What's the actual ground reality? Also, what about stray dogs and cleanliness? Mujhe advice chahiye, yaar. Is it worth the premium?
