Has Bangalore property peaked for investment?

Bangalore real estate feels like it's hit its peak, honestly. I just moved into my Prestige flat in Sarjapur Road last month, paid 1.8 Cr for a 3BHK. Friends are saying prices can't go much higher. Is it really still a good investment for 2026-27? Or should I just enjoy it as end-use and forget ROI?
