Everyone glorifies New Chandigarh Master Plan and PR7 Airport Road, but uske prices already sky-high hain. Infrastructure projects ka impact dikh raha hai but ROI kitna aur milega? Honestly, investment ke liye ab rental yields bhi utne great nahi lag rahe, 2-4% max. Mohali sectors like 69-71 mein bhi prices bahut badh gaye hain. Log keh rahe hain IT Park expansion se bohot growth aayegi, but kitni aur? I see EMAAR aur Godrej ke projects bhi expensive ho gaye hain. Kya sirf end-users ke liye hi bacha hai market ab? Disagree?
