Has Faridabad's property market already peaked?
Since last Diwali, I've been seriously looking for a 3BHK in Faridabad. I work in real estate, so I know the builder games, but buying for myself is different. Neharpar areas, like Sectors 81-85, seem promising with the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway coming up. Puri Constructions ya BPTP ke projects dekh raha hoon. My budget is around ₹1.2 Cr. But I'm wondering, has Faridabad already peaked? Yaar, will these infrastructure projects really drive prices up more, or is most of that appreciation already factored in? Honestly not sure if it's the right time for long-term gains. What's the general sentiment on future appreciation here?

₹1.2 Cr for 3BHK in Faridabad? Yaar, bahut zyada nahi lag raha? I think most of the appreciation is already priced in.
Bhai, Neharpar ka future toh bright lag raha hai. Express Highway se connectivity next level ho jayegi. Go for it!
