Okay, I'll say it: Everyone glorifies Yamuna Expressway but nobody talks about the travel time to actual Noida. I'm looking at 3BHKs there, Hawelia Group specifically. Safe for kids? Wife wants a good society. What's the real ROI, yaar? Noida Extension is closer, but is it worth the price jump? I need schools nearby for the kids' admission. Change my mind. Disagree?
