₹75k rent for a 2BHK in Gachibowli was the last straw. Finally taking the plunge after years of renting, tired of EMIs vs rent math. Looking at Hayathnagar now. Saw a few 2BHKs, prices are around ₹70-85L. Is that justified for the area? Feels a bit steep honestly, considering it's not Western Hyderabad. My main concern is the monsoon. Heard stories about waterlogging in some parts of Hayathnagar, especially near low-lying areas. Is it a major issue there? Don't wanna buy and then deal with flooded roads every year. Also, what about the resale market? If I need to sell in 5-7 years, is it easy to offload property here?
