Hayathnagar mein possession mila last month. Everyone glorifies builder discounts, but secondary market deals aur high stamp duty ka real impact. Mera to kaafi paisa laga. Change my mind.

Hayathnagar mein toh kaafi development ho raha hai, especially connectivity wise. Aapko kya laga, kahan pe zyada paisa laga? Builder ne kya promises ki thi aur kya deliver kiya?
Exactly, aur secondary market mein toh utna appreciation bhi nahi dikh raha abhi. Main Alwal mein dekh raha tha, wahan thoda better deal mil rahi thi, kaash wahi le leta. Hayathnagar mein invest karna sahi tha ya nahi, ab doubt ho raha hai.
Haan, amenities ka toh sab builder ka same drama hai. Brochure mein kuch aur, reality mein kuch aur.
U3, main batata hoon. Builder ne bola tha road widening jaldi hogi, but abhi tak kuch nahi. Aur jo amenities dikhayi thi brochure mein, woh bhi half-baked hain, swimming pool toh bas ek bada puddle hai. Mera toh 200 sqft extra charge kar liya carpet area ke naam pe, which was not there. RERA mein complain kiya but process slow hai, ab samjh nahi aa raha kya karu.
Yaar, exactly! Meri bhi same feeling hai. Hayathnagar mein maine bhi ek 2BHK liya hai last year, aur ab jab registration ka time aaya, toh laga ki builder discount toh bas eyewash tha. Stamp duty, registration charges, fir interiors ka kharcha... budget toh pura hil gaya. Lagta hai bahut overpaid kar diya, aur abhi bhi lagta hai ki pata nahi sahi decision tha ya nahi. Ekdum nervous ho gaya hoon.
Aur upar se property tax and maintenance charges bhi hain. Har cheez pe GST alag se, itna hidden cost hota hai ki calculation hi galat ho jaati hai. Stress ho raha hai soch ke.
Totally feel you, bhai! Builder ne discount dikha ke bas trap kiya. Abhi toh bas EMI ka stress hai.
