Bhai, exactly my thoughts! Hayatpur ka hype toh bahut hai, but ground reality kya hai, nobody talks about it. Especially that stretch near NH48, morning-evening traffic dekh ke darr lagta hai. Waterlogging toh seasonal problem hai, but agar daily commute mein fas gaye toh kya fayda?

Sahi keh rahe ho. Mera friend ka flat hai wahan, office jaane mein ro ro ke jaata hai. Connectivity ke naam pe bas NH48 ka traffic.
