Hayatpur living: my first few months, what next?

Hayatpur keeps coming up every time I shortlist something. Just moved into a flat here last month, possession March mein hua tha. Things nobody told me, man. Are the property prices actually justified? I mean, 3BHK ke liye I paid close to ₹1.8 Cr. Not sure if that's the going rate ya thoda high de diya. Kya lagta hai, iska investment potential kaisa hai for 3-5 years? Daily life toh theek hai, but market aur future growth ka idea nahi hai.
