HBR Layout upgrade: Is it worth the jump?

Been looking for 6 months now for a 3BHK in HBR Layout. Currently in a 2BHK in Whitefield, and prices here seem wild. Is the premium for HBR Layout justified, especially for daily life? Traffic, water situation kaisa hai? Any actual residents can share real experiences? Not sure if it's worth the jump.

HBR Layout is definitely a good upgrade from Whitefield, especially for lifestyle. But the premium is real. Traffic and water are concerns everywhere in Bangalore, HBR is no exception. What's your primary motivation for the jump?

Motivation is better daily life. Whitefield traffic kills me. But HBR water ka kya scene hai? Suna hai problem hai.
