HCL Towers: Is it a family home or just a corporate address?
HCL Towers – everyone glorifies its corporate connectivity, but is it actually a good family home for daily living? My kids are growing, so I'm looking for a bigger 3BHK, and honestly, my wife's main priority is a good school nearby and safety for the children. I feel like a lot of these 'premium' projects look great on paper but the daily jhanjhat is real. Builder ka maintenance ka kya scene hai? Aur community vibe kaisi hai, friendly ya sab apne mein rehte hain? Kids ke liye parks, safe play areas hain kya, ya phir bas brochure mein dikhate hain? I'm not sure if it's worth the price tag just for 'brand value'. Change my mind.

Yaar, I completely get what you're saying. HCL Towers ka naam toh bahut suna hai, but for a family, mereko bhi doubt hai. 2003 ka possession date hai, so it's an old project. Maintenance ka issue toh pakka hoga, aur kids ke liye modern amenities milenge ya nahi? Price ₹1.3 Cr – ₹1.8 Cr for an old project feels like a lot for 'brand value' only. Kya fayda agar daily life comfortable na ho?
U1, exactly! 'Brand value' is just marketing. We need livability. My biggest worry is the safety aspect for kids in older societies. Gates aur security ka kya scene hai?
