Hebbal pricing hides insane stamp duty
Two years ago I'd have laughed at these prices. Abhee Ventures Hebbal mein 3BHK dekh raha hoon for my family. Stamp duty, registration ka final cost kitna hota hai? PLC aur floor rise worth it hai kya? Kids ke liye koi hidden costs nahi chahiye, please guide.

Yaar, Hebbal mein prices sky-high ho gaye hain. Abhee Ventures ka 3BHK toh budget ke bahar lag raha hai. Stamp duty and registration ka exact percentage kitna hota hai total? Builders toh bas base price dikhate hain, baaki sab hidden hota hai.
Bhai, Bengaluru mein stamp duty generally 5.1% of the property value hoti hai agar property 45 lakhs ke upar hai. Iske upar registration charges bhi lagte hain, approx 1%.
