Hebbal/HBR: Kids' future and daily life doubts?

Since last Diwali, we've been seriously looking for a 3BHK in Bengaluru. Hebbal Kempapura / HBR Layout area dekh rahe hain. My wife is really concerned about safety, especially for the kids. How safe is it for families, particularly in the evenings? Also, schools ka kya scene hai yahan? Achhe schools hain paas mein, aur admission kitna tough hota hai? Real resident life, matlab actual vibe kaisi hai? Is it too noisy ya peaceful rehta hai? Koi resident hai yahan se?

Yaar, safety ka concern toh valid hai, especially for kids. Hebbal main traffic bahut badh gaya hai, particularly near the airport road, which makes evening commutes a bit hectic and some areas feel isolated after dark. Schools ke liye toh North Bangalore mein options hain like NPS and Vibgyor, but competition is insane, and admission ke liye donations bhi maangte hain bade schools, jo budget-conscious buyers ke liye ek big headache hai.
