Hey everyone, I've been looking into Hebron Le Lexuz StoneView, a completed plotted development in Bengaluru, and wanted to share some thoughts, especially regarding legal aspects. It offers residential plots and villas across 20 acres, with prices from ₹44.1 Lakh to ₹1.51 Crore, averaging ₹2800 per sqft. On paper, a completed project of this scale sounds appealing for immediate possession and building. However, the RERA status showing "N/A" is a significant flag for me. While a completed project might not always require an active RERA number, its absence can complicate things. For end-users, this means less direct oversight on aspects like adherence to plans, common area maintenance, and the builder's accountability post-completion. Buyer protection is typically stronger with RERA registered projects, even for completed ones where certain details are still mandated. Considering the substantial investment involved, ranging up to ₹1.51 Crore, understanding the full legal compliance beyond just completion is crucial. Without RERA, buyers need to be extra diligent with land titles, approvals, and builder reputation. It makes me wonder about the practical livability and peace of mind without that regulatory safety net. My take is that extensive independent legal verification becomes absolutely essential before considering Hebron Le Lexuz StoneView.
