Hemmiganahalli infrastructure: My ROI is taking a hit

Honestly, I'm regretting my Hemmiganahalli investment a bit. Jab liya tha, builders promised great connectivity, metro extension sab. But the traffic, yaar, it's a nightmare. Bidadi corridor ka commute din-ba-din badtar ho raha hai. My office Whitefield mein hai, it takes 2 hours minimum one-way. This wasn't in the brochure. Is anyone else facing this? Kya is area ka resale potential bhi down ho jayega because of this infrastructure mess? From my experience, traffic kills ROI. Bahut frustrated hoon.
