Hennur Road is not undervalued anymore — fight me

Okay I'll say what no one says – Hennur Road already peaked. Undervalued bolna band karo. I'm in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading to 3BHK; is this price jump justified? Change my mind.

Totally agree with the post! Prices are absolutely insane now. I was looking at a 2BHK in Agrahara Layout just last month and it felt like I was paying for a villa in some other city. Hennur Road has definitely peaked.

Exactly! I saw some projects near Aavalahalli, builder quoted 1.2 Cr for a basic 3BHK. Bhai, it's not Whitefield or Koramangala. For that price, I'd expect much better amenities and connectivity.
