posted on 7 MayHennur Road residents, what hidden issues did you face?
My EMI for a 3BHK on Hennur Road started in March, and honestly, I'm already noticing some issues. Nobody really talks about the hidden stuff before you buy, right? Like, the water pressure is surprisingly inconsistent, and there are frequent power cuts beyond what the generator can handle sometimes. I'm wondering if this is common for the entire Hennur Road corridor, or just our specific society near Cooke Town. Are there any other red flags I should be watching out for that you guys experienced? Like, any unexpected maintenance charges or future development plans that could cause nuisance? Just wanna know what else could go wrong here, before it's too late to address. What's your first-hand experience?

Yaar, totally relate! I bought near Horamavu Agara, which is also technically Hennur Road extension, and the water issue is real. Kabhi kabhi toh lagta hai tank khaali ho gaya. Plus, the internet connectivity is so patchy, which is a nightmare for WFH. Feels like builders just focus on aesthetics, not basic utilities.
Exactly! And the maintenance charges they quote are usually just for the first year. After that, it shoots up like anything. Mera toh society mein lift baar baar kharab hoti hai
