Exactly! Sector 114 toh abhi develop ho raha hai, uske liye 1.8 Cr bahut zyada hai. Meri ek friend ne Airport Road (Gurgaon side) pe dekha tha, wahan bhi rates high hain but at least connectivity better hai. PLC aur Floor rise toh standard ho gaya hai but some builders hide it till the last minute.
