Heritage Villa: Are the amenities and charges justified?
Did a site visit to Heritage Villa last month and it looked decent, but I'm hearing mixed things. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 10 and thinking of upgrading; the ₹1.20-1.25 Cr price tag is a huge jump, especially since I already have a home loan. The brochure showed amazing amenities like the club and pool, but I'm worried about the reality. Are those amenities actually functional and well-maintained after possession, or just for show? What are the actual monthly maintenance charges like? I've heard they can be quite steep, and some amenities are barely usable. Honestly, is the project genuinely good to live in daily, or is it just good on paper? Is the price premium for these amenities even justified if they're not up to mark? Faced similar issues after moving in?

Yaar, your concerns are so valid. I also saw Heritage Villa and the brochure looked *dreamy*, but my biggest fear is exactly this – paying so much for amenities that are just for show. ₹1.2 Cr is a huge amount, and then if monthly charges are also sky-high for nothing, it's a double whammy. Mera budget toh already stretched hai.
