Sohna Hermitage Apartment — everyone glorifies the location but no one talks about the actual snag list after possession. Cracks, seepage, fittings... is it just me? Change my mind.

Bhai, you're not alone. I visited a sample flat for Hermitage last year and everything looked fine on the surface. But my cousin, who bought in another project by the same builder in Baharampur Naya, faced hell with water seepage and poor quality tiles. They kept delaying the repairs and blamed everything on 'settling issues'. What's the point of a good location if the house itself is falling apart within months? Anyone else have similar experiences with this builder specifically?
To answer your question, U6, my cousin had to hire an external contractor eventually. The builder only did superficial patchwork. It was a huge hassle and extra cost. So yeah, builder se expect mat karo ki sab theek kar denge.
Same here, bro. My friend got a flat in Hermitage, and the bathroom fittings are already rusted. Total waste of money.
Haan yaar, exactly! My neighbour also had issues with a project by the same group near Basai. They promised premium fittings but delivered local stuff. Builders usually cut corners on hidden things like plumbing and electrical wiring. Did your cousin manage to get things fixed eventually, or did they just give up?
Hmm, I'm a bit conflicted. The area around Sohna, especially with the upcoming infrastructure near Badshahpur, seems promising for appreciation. Maybe the snags are minor and can be fixed? I heard some units near Airport Road also faced initial issues but got resolved later.
Totally agree with the original post! Sohna Hermitage ki location toh sab bolte hain mast hai, but jab actual flat dekho toh darr lagta hai. My friend booked there, abhi tak possession nahi mila aur sunne mein aaya hai ki finishing bahut poor hai. It's a real concern for first-time buyers like us.
