Hermitage Apartment Sohna: Quality vs. Promises dilemma
The build quality in Sohna projects is a big worry for me right now. I'm checking out Hermitage Apartment, aur brochure mein toh sab accha lagta hai. But actual construction quality kaisi hai wahan? Suna hai kuch projects mein cracks ya seepage issues aate hain ek saal baad hi, especially after possession. Amenities ka bhi doubt hai. Jaise clubhouse ya gym, woh sab daily use hota hai ya bas dikhane ke liye hai? Maintenance charges bhi kafi lagte hain, but service uske hisaab se milti hai kya? Yaar, first-time buyer hoon, thoda nervous hoon. Any real experiences, especially from Hermitage Apartment residents or general Sohna projects?

Honestly, as first-time buyers, we need to be extra cautious. Builder reviews online are crucial. Also, physically inspect the site multiple times during construction, not just the sample flat. If possible, talk to the labourers or site supervisors, sometimes they reveal more truth. Don't rush into anything just because the price seems good.
Budget-conscious hone ke naate, Sohna ek affordable option lagta hai. But agar quality hi compromise ho toh kya fayda? Koi hai yahan jo Hermitage Apartment mein already shift ho chuka hai? Please give some real feedback.
Average quality is a big red flag for me. Isse accha rental mein reh lo. EMI bhi doge aur repair mein bhi paise lagaoge. What about the water supply and electricity backup there? Sohna mein yeh bhi bade issues hote hain.
U10, main bhi Hermitage ka possession holder nahi hoon, but ek friend ne wahan flat liya tha. He said starting mein finishing issues the, like paint work aur kitchen fittings. Builder ne theek toh kiya but after multiple follow-ups. Quality average hai, not great.

Hermitage Apartment ki site visit ki thi last month. Amenities area toh abhi under construction hi laga. Gym aur clubhouse ka structure ban gaya hai, but finishing work abhi bahut baaki hai. Brochure mein jo swimming pool dikhaya hai, woh toh abhi sirf khali jagah hai. Possession kab tak milega, koi idea hai?
U7, Sohna mein toh common hai. Gurugram market mein builders ka cash flow thoda tight hai, especially for mid-segment projects. Delays are almost a given. Hermitage ke liye bhi same story hai.
Oh no, delays are my biggest fear! My parents are pushing me to buy but if it gets delayed, it'll be a huge problem for my loan EMIs. Is this common for Hermitage or just Sohna in general?
Maine suna hai Hermitage ka possession date already do baar delay ho chuka hai. Builders Sohna mein waise bhi famous hain delays ke liye. Apni booking se pehle builder ka RERA status check kar lena chahiye.
Bhai, exactly yahi problem hai. Hermitage Apartment ke brochures toh dream dikhate hain, but Sohna mein kitne projects aise hain jahan quality control ka issue aaya hai. Main bhi first-time buyer hoon aur bahut nervous hoon. Kya karein samajh nahi aa raha.
Mujhe toh lagta hai Sohna mein abhi bhi invest karna risky hai. Airport Road side ya Badshahpur mein thoda better options mil jaate hain, thode expensive zaroor honge par peace of mind toh milega.
Haan yaar, quality ka toh pata nahi par maintenance charges kaafi high hote hain. Hermitage ka exact kitna hai, kisi ko pata hai kya? Aur uske hisaab se facilities milti bhi hain ya nahi?
Sahi keh rahe ho. Mera friend Baliawas mein ek project dekh raha tha, same issues. Brochure aur reality mein zameen-aasman ka fark hota hai. Builder toh bas sale tak hi sweet talk karte hain.
