Yaar, maine 2 saal pehle Sohna mein ek aur project mein book kiya tha, 2BHK. Tab socha tha accha return milega. Abhi tak toh kuch khaas appreciation nahi dikha. Resale ke liye bhi buyers kam hain. Lagta hai bahut oversupply ho gaya hai Sohna mein, ya phir market thodi slow hai Gurugram mein right now
Builder ka track record sabse important hai. Hermitage ke builder ka RERA possession history check kiya kya? Bahut builders ne Sohna mein logon ko latkaya hai, especially post-COVID. Mere ek dost ka project Badshahpur mein 2 saal late ho gaya. Make sure you check their past projects' delivery timelines.
U4, aap sahi keh rahe ho. Mera bhi experience kharab raha hai ek builder ke saath Baliawas ke paas. Bolte kuch hain, karte kuch. Penalty clauses bhi bas naam ke hote hain. Poori payment deke bhi 1 saal tak wait karna pada tha, aur tab tak rent mein hi lakhon chale gaye.

Maine bhi Hermitage dekha tha! Location acchi lagi thi. Sohna Elevated Corridor banne ke baad toh poora game change ho jayega. 3BHK upgrade toh banta hai, family badhti hai toh space chahiye hi. Budget thoda stretch hoga, but worth it lag raha hai.
Bhai, Hermitage ka toh pata nahi, but Sohna as a whole... thoda risky lagta hai for capital appreciation. Connectivity abhi bhi ek issue hai, aur projects bahut saare aa rahe hain. Resale mein time lag sakta hai.
Aap galat ho, yaar. Sohna future hai Gurugram ka. Airport Road se connectivity improve ho rahi hai, aur rates abhi bhi reasonable hain. Long-term ke liye acha investment hai, especially if you hold for 5-7 years.
Totally agree. Basai side bhi same haal hai, development slow hai. Investment phans jaati hai.
