Hero Honda Chowk pricing is pure fantasy

Hero Honda Chowk — everyone says it's a 'prime' location, but I'm not so sure. As an RE pro, I see through the hype. Builders quote crazy numbers here, matlab, is ₹2.5 Cr for a 3BHK really justified considering the traffic and monsoon waterlogging? Log bolte hain connectivity achhi hai, but peak hours mein toh poora area jam rehta hai. That cloverleaf flyover helps, but andar ki roads ka kya? Investment potential bhi I doubt. What appreciation can you expect when basic infrastructure issues like drainage aren't fixed? Lagta hai sirf location ka tag bech rahe hain. I'm looking to buy for myself, but this area feels like a trap. Change my mind.
