Since last year, I've been eyeing a 3BHK near Hero Honda Chowk for an upgrade. Currently in a 2BHK, already have a home loan, so the price jump needs to make sense. What's the actual investment potential here for 3-5 years, like ROI? And honestly, how bad is the waterlogging during monsoon? Is the resale market active if plans change?
