My kids' school admission is coming up next year, so we really need to finalize a 3BHK in Ghaziabad soon. We're looking at Raj Nagar Extension ya Siddhartha Vihar, budget around ₹80L-₹1Cr. Delhi-Meerut Expressway and Hindon Airport connectivity ka impact kahan zyada hoga for future appreciation? I need a safe neighborhood with good schools for the children. Which properties near these infra projects are still affordable but have good appreciation potential? Community ka kya opinion hai?
