My lease ends in 4 months and I'm looking at Tulip Crimson. For a ₹7.55 Cr project, I found their 4BHK layouts surprisingly efficient. Many luxury places waste space, but Tulip Crimson's carpet area usage felt smarter on my site visit. Every sqft matters at this price. Has anyone else noticed this detail, or am I missing something? Also, are the amenities actually useful daily, ya bas show-off hai? Any insights on actual livability would be great. Hope this helps someone.
