The hype around Luxury Homes sometimes feels like a trap, honestly. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 44, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or villa in that corridor. Already have a home loan, so every penny counts. But is the massive price jump really justified? I'm worried about hidden charges post-possession, or super high maintenance that isn't transparent. Are there red flags buyers should look out for, especially with some of the newer projects there? Not sure if the ROI is even good long-term.
