Hidden charges are the real deal-breaker, not the base price.

Just got possession of my 2BHK in Srikrupa Layout from Parichaya Properties last month. Base price ₹1.1 Cr tha, but after all the "final charges" like infra development, meter installation, and even some random society setup fees, it shot up significantly. Nobody told me about these during booking. Matlab, total cost ka 10-12% toh extra hi lag gaya. Should I have pushed for a detailed all-inclusive breakdown earlier? What else should I have looked out for?
