My possession was in March and honestly, things nobody told me about hidden charges were a shock. For my Godrej project in Sector 150, the PLC and maintenance deposits added almost 5% extra. The construction quality on plastering isn't great, seeing cracks already. Did others face this with ATS or Gaursons? What was your experience with their post-possession charges or quality?

OMG, totally! I booked in ATS Pristine and the final amount was way higher than quoted initially. Builder ne bola tha all
