My rent just shot up 15% again this year, honestly fed up of renting in Greater Noida. The EMI vs rent math is finally pushing me to buy. I'm looking at a 2BHK in Surajpur, maybe Shivkala Group or some other projects around. Everyone glorifies pre-launch deals and low initial prices, but nobody talks about the absolute shocker of hidden charges at possession. We're talking PLC, club membership, maintenance advance, power backup, IFMS – it all adds up to lakhs! Builders quote ₹78L for a flat, but then it becomes ₹90L by possession. Is anyone actually getting a true all-in cost upfront when they sign, or are these surprise costs just part of the game here? Should I just ignore pre-launch and buy ready-to-move to avoid this headache? Disagree? Tell me why.

Bhai, you hit the nail on the head! Yeh hidden charges toh cancer hain. Mera bhi rent badh raha hai, soch raha tha kharid lun, but yeh sab sunke darr lagta hai ki builder kahin meri savings hi na kha jaaye. Aap bilkul sahi keh rahe ho.
