Hidden charges are the real scam in Greater Noida property. I'm looking at a 2BHK around Salarpur Khadar, budget ₹70L. How much can you *really* negotiate off the listed price? Builders quote one thing, then add stamp duty, PLC, parking, interiors... it adds up. Any tips to avoid possession shocks?
