3 site visits this week alone, and I'm still scratching my head over builder quality in Greater Noida. I saw projects by ATS and Godrej in Sector 150, and Gaursons in Noida Extension. Everyone promises timely delivery, but my parents keep saying to check their past projects. Has anyone faced huge delays or hidden charges like PLC from these guys after booking? I'm worried about construction quality too, like plaster cracks after a year. Is it just me, or does it feel like a guessing game for first-time buyers?

Totally feel you, bhai! Exactly my situation. Builder log toh bas मीठी बातें करते hain, but actual delivery mein sab gol ho jaata hai. It's definitely not just you, we're all in the same boat.
Haan yaar, U1 ne sahi kaha. My cousin booked with Gaursons in Noida Extension 3 years back, they promised possession in 18 months, abhi tak basement ka kaam chal raha hai. Penalty bhi nahi dete time pe. Hidden charges toh alag hi headache hain.
