Visited ATS Pristine and Gaursons projects. Friend just got possession from ACE Parkway, got hit with massive PLC/IDC. Not sure if Godrej or Mahagun are transparent. Is this normal? Customer support just shrugs.

Yaar, Noida Extension mein property dekhna matlab dimag ka dahi ho gaya hai. Abhi ATS Pristine aur Gaursons ke projects dekhe, sab theek laga. Lekin mere dost ko ACE Parkway mein possession mila hai, aur usko itni massive PLC/IDC charges lag gaye hain ki budget hil gaya. Pata nahin Godrej aur Mahagun jaise bade builders kitne transparent hain. Kya yeh sab normal hai? Customer support wale toh bas shrug kar dete hain. Badi tension ho rahi hai.
