₹85 lakh for a 2BHK in Sector 158 felt fine initially, but things nobody told me... After moving in last month to my E3 Infratech flat, suddenly maintenance charges aur transfer fees ka bill aa gaya. Kya yeh normal hai? Builder ne toh kuch bataya nahi tha. How do people manage these hidden costs? I'm honestly feeling a bit cheated.
