Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated the hidden charges while buying property. I'm looking at projects in Noida and confused about which builder to trust. I've shortlisted two: Godrej Properties and ATS. Godrej seems reputable, but I've heard ATS offers better deals upfront. My main concern is hidden costs at possession – PLC, EDC, IDC, all that stuff. Honestly not sure how much these add up to eventually. I’ve also heard maintenance charges can be a killer post-possession. Which builder has fewer surprise costs later on?
