Hidden charges buyers only discover after possession

4 saal ho gaye Noida mein rent dete dete, ab bas! My budget for a 3BHK in Sector 150 ya 107 is around ₹1.8 Cr, EMI vs rent math ab clear hai, finally taking the plunge. Everyone glorifies builders like Godrej and ATS for quality, but nobody talks about unki hidden charges. I've heard so many horror stories about last-minute PLCs aur maintenance deposits jo possession ke time surprise karte hain. Gaursons aur ACE Group ka customer support after booking toh almost non-existent ho jaata hai, matlab phone bhi nahi uthate. Is it just me, ya M3M India bhi aise hi karte hain? Kya koi builder hai jo genuinely RERA compliant ho aur transparent ho in sab mein, especially regarding actual carpet area versus advertised super area? Disagree? Tell me why.
