Got possession of my Supertech Neerajanil flat in March, thought I was done with big payments. Honestly, the number of hidden charges post-OC is crazy. They never mentioned half of these during booking, just kept saying 'all inclusive'. Now there's this IFMS charge, club membership fees, and even a 'maintenance setup fee' that wasn't clear at all. My final cost jumped way more than expected, almost ₹2.5L after all these small charges piled up. It's frustrating when you budget so carefully for an investment. Did anyone else buying in Supertech Neerajanil face similar nasty surprises with the final total cost? What did you guys do about it? Feeling a bit cheated tbh.

Haan, RERA mein ongoing dikhata hai, but kuch towers mein possession de diya hai. Par delays
Yaar, ye toh bilkul same story hai meri. Builders ka yahi problem hai, booking ke time sab smooth, baad mein asli rang dikhate hain. Mera bhi 2L extra lag gaya tha, but not Supertech. Feeling cheated is an understatement.
