₹8.5 lakh in 'extra charges' just popped up for my flat in the Under Construction corridor. Brochure never mentioned these PLCs or the sudden infrastructure fee. Seriously, how do builders get away with this? This feels like a bait-and-switch. Anyone else faced this around Marathahalli/Bellandur? What did you do?

Which builder is this? Heard Sizzle Properties is notorious for this kind of stuff. Just asking for a friend who almost booked with them.
Oh god, this is my biggest fear! I'm looking at flats near Bellandur too, and the fine print scares me to death. ₹8.5 lakh is a huge amount, that's like a down payment for a smaller flat itself! Did they give any breakdown of these 'extra charges' or just one lump sum, which is even worse?
