I work in real estate but buying for myself is different. I'm looking at Godrej and Omaxe in New Chandigarh. Kya inke projects mein hidden costs zyaada hote hain? Aur construction quality ka kya scene hai, plaster cracks ya seepage issues aate hain kya? End-user ke liye kaun better hai, Godrej ya Omaxe, especially for long-term hold?

Bhai, you've hit the nail on the head! Hidden charges are a nightmare. I'm also looking in New Chandigarh, especially around Mullanpur Garibdass, and every builder seems to have some 'extra' cost pop up just before registration. It's like they quote one price and then add 10-15% more for things like club membership, IFMS, power backup, etc. It's so frustrating for first-time buyers like us.
