₹85 lakh for a 2BHK in Sector 150 sounded reasonable initially, but the actual 'all-in' cost is insane. I'm looking at my first place, visited a few sites, even checked out some Wellgrow projects, and the base price always looks good. But then they add PLC, parking, IFMS, club membership, power backup charges... it just keeps going. Honestly, I thought the initial price was more comprehensive. Did anyone else get hit with huge surprises at possession time? How do you even factor these hidden charges into your initial budget in Greater Noida?

Bhai, totally relate! I'm looking at a place near Alpha I Greater Noida, and the base price for a 2BHK there was 70 lakh. But after all these 'extra' charges, it jumped to almost 95! Kaise manage karein budget? It's really disheartening.
