Hidden charges in Hyderabad 2BHKs: normal?

Honestly not sure why builder brochures never mention these hidden costs. I'm looking at 2BHKs in LB Nagar, Kothapet side, budget is ₹80L-1.5Cr. Currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading. But yaar, the final price after all the 'extra charges' is always so much higher. Builder ne bola tha ek rate, but registration, amenities, PLC, power backup... it adds up like crazy. Is it just me, ya sabko ye problem aati hai? How do people budget for this?
