Hidden charges in Hyderabad property are a bigger scam than PLC.

₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Madhapur — that's what I paid for my Salarpuria Sattva flat, possession was in March. Just moved in last month, and yaar, the hidden charges at the end were a shocker. Builder ne bas basic cost bataya tha, but then registration, stamp duty, electricity connection, corpus fund, aur maintenance advance – it all added up to like 10-12% extra. It felt like negotiation ke time they act like price fixed hai, but these charges aren't. Is it always like this with builders in Hyderabad? I tried negotiating the final figure, but unhone seedha mana kar diya. Kisi aur ka experience hai ki kitna realistically knock off kar sakte hain on these final charges? Or am I the only one jo surprise hua?
