Fed up of renting, yaar. Landlord ne phir rent badha diya, so finally taking the plunge. Main Sector 106 mein Experion Developers ke projects dekh raha hoon, 3BHK ke liye ₹2 Cr tak ka budget hai. Sab bolte hain ki possession ke time bahut hidden costs aate hain. Is it true? Property price, stamp duty, registration, parking ke alawa aur kya-kya hota hai? Should I go for construction-linked payment plan or a bigger down payment? Kya kisi ko pata hai hidden charges kaise avoid karein? Any advice on this?

Totally understand your fear. Hidden charges are a nightmare for first-time buyers like us. Builders sometimes make it so complicated.
Bhai, ₹2 Cr for 3BHK in Sector 106 Mohali sounds a bit high, even for Experion. Hidden charges toh pakka aate hain, no escaping them. My friend bought in Badshahpur (Gurgaon side) and faced similar issues with escalation charges later on. Make sure you clarify every single charge.
