Hidden charges in Noida: What builders don't tell you

₹1.5 lakh extra for PLC came up after booking a Godrej project in Sector 150. I'm so fed up of renting, thought I'd finally take the plunge for a 2BHK, but ab lag raha hai yeh hidden charges ka game kabhi khatam nahi hoga. Landlord ne rent phir badha diya, so EMI vs rent math was looking good. But yeh builder log after-sales support mein bhi gayab ho jaate hain. Phone hi nahi uthate. Anyone else faced this with Godrej or ATS? Matlab, yeh sab normal hai kya?
