Ansal API ke Krishna Kunj project mein ek 2BHK dekh raha tha, price ₹55L bola but OC, PLC, parking sab add karke ₹62L tak ja raha hai. Fed up ho gaya hoon renting se, so equity build karna hai. EMI vs rent math toh kar liya but ye extra charges bilkul samajh nahi aa rahe. Should I push for a down payment plan instead? Does that actually help cut down on these hidden surprises? Koi experience share karega?

I went for a 90% down payment plan for my flat in Surat, thinking I'd avoid the construction-linked hassles. Builder ne discount toh diya, but still, OC aur society charges toh aaye hi. Plus, once you pay a large chunk, your negotiation power almost vanishes. Builder knows you're committed. So, while you save on interest, other charges still pop up.

U4, RERA website pe check karo. Every RERA registered project has to disclose all charges upfront in their agreement for sale. If Ansal API is registered, unko sab batana padega. Compare their brochure price with what's on RERA for Krishna Kunj. That's your best bet for transparency.

Ansal API? Be very careful. Unka track record Rajkot mein kuch khaas nahi hai, especially with project delays and quality issues. Hidden charges toh common hain, but inke saath aur bhi dikkat ho sakti hai. Do your due diligence properly.
