The hidden charges in Premium Homes projects are a total scam. Honestly, I'm so frustrated. I was looking at a 3BHK, around ₹1.2 Cr ka budget, thinking of upgrading from my current 2BHK. Builder ne bola tha all-inclusive price, but ab OC ke time pe they're adding like 5-7 lakhs for 'preferential location charges' and 'clubhouse membership' which were never mentioned clearly. Matlab, brochure mein toh sab sahi lagta hai, but actual mein it's a different story. I already have a home loan aur yeh extra costs toh pura budget hila rahe hain. Is it just me or do all builders in Premium Homes do this? Did anyone else face similar issues with these 'surprise' charges? What did you do? I'm really not sure if I should just pay up or fight it.

Totally felt this, yaar! Builders are masters at showing one price and then adding these 'surprise' elements. My friend faced something similar in Akshayanagar, almost ₹4 lakhs extra for car parking and maintenance corpus fund at the very end. I guess this is just part of buying property in Bangalore now?
Haan bhai, same pinch! Just last month, I got the demand letter for my flat in Aavalahalli and they added 'infrastructure development charges' that were never in the agreement. Builders ko lagta hai
