Hidden charges make Gurgaon property prices fake.

Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this process is. Been looking at 2BHKs in Sector 104, like Roots Developers' projects. When they quote ₹1.5 Cr, is that the final price? I'm worried about hidden charges popping up at possession; suna hai log 10-15 lakh extra dete hain. Also, pre-launch offers... are they genuinely better, ya just a trap? Ab samajh nahi aa raha, kitna negotiation possible hai Gurgaon mein. My parents say builders hardly move on price.
